My clients are as diverse as individual dreams and goals are!
You’re telling your body, and yourself, that it’s capable and strong, regardless of the number on the scale. Exercise empowers, and builds mental and emotional resilience, strength and tenacity – when life tests you there is nothing you can’t handle when your body, mind and spirit are reinforced by the work you do in the gym.
Which is why my approach has far more depth than simply putting you on a treadmill to get you physically fit. Environmental and lifestyle factors may prevent you from attaining the good health, fit body, strong mind, and abundant energy you deserve, and if they’re not addressed, then no amount of physical training will reward your pursuits. Your thoughts, stress levels, sleep patterns, the quality of your nutrition and hydration, levels of exercise, the amount of time spend relaxing and recovering from the demands of life – all of these factors play a role in preventing and cultivating good health and longevity.
A time to push, force, and endure, and a time to stop and breathe. There’s a time to step up, and a time to step back. Good fitness and health is about living a life in balance, recognising and understanding your physical, mental, and emotional needs, and knowing and applying the appropriate steps to maintain your flow.
Having overcome many physical, emotional, and spiritual obstacles in my life, I know this first hand. What started out many years ago as a simple wish to improve my own life has turned into an ongoing mission to educate and develop myself physically, mentally and spiritually. What drives me now is my desire to share my experiences and strengths with others so that they may also learn to live well.
There is no single program, answer, diet, or approach for developing good habits and enjoying optimal fitness and health. As your Coach, I’m here to guide and support you towards finding your way.
