As your Lifestyle Coach, I can help by educating, inspiring and supporting you in creating healthy behaviours in nutrition, fitness, weight and stress management.
My Lifestyle Coaching is based on the belief that the body, mind, emotions, and spirit work as a whole and that balance is the key to true and lasting health. I believe in improving health from the ground up and work with you on these Health Principles to establish and maintain optimal health and peak vitality:
- Stress management
- Recovery practices
Through a comprehensive health, fitness and lifestyle questionnaire and a series of face-to-face consultations, I identify the roadblocks you are encountering that prevent you from experiencing a vibrant healthful life. Together, we examine practical solutions to these obstacles, and set a structured program towards achieving the lasting health, fitness and vitality you truly deserve.
Our coaching relationship will begin with an initial face-to-face meeting and then continue with weekly coaching sessions over a 12-week (or longer) period. During the initial meeting, we will:
- Discuss your responses on your completed Health, Exercise and Lifestyle Questionnaire
- Outline how the 12-week program is structured
- Prioritise where you would like to focus our efforts, and
- Define success and your desired outcomes.
Subsequent coaching sessions will focus on educating you on each of the Health Principles, how they are relevant to you, and how you can integrate positive change into your life. Between sessions, you will have specific actions to take to meet your goals. I will provide you with the necessary resources along the way to ensure that you achieve your objectives.
